2.2 One Account Per Person
Each user may only open one account at dk85. If it is found that more than one account is held by the same person, all such accounts may be suspended and all bonus funds cancelled.
2.3 Accurate Information
You must provide complete and accurate personal information when registering an account. Withdrawals from accounts opened with false information may be delayed during verification or refused entirely.
Account Management
3.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. You may not share account access with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify dk85 immediately.
3.2 Account Access and Suspension
dk85 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons—
- Violation of these Terms
- Detection of fraudulent activity
- Bonus abuse
- Suspected involvement in money laundering or illegal fund transfers
- Found to be operating more than one account
An account holder whose account has been closed may contest dk85's decision through the official dispute process.
3.3 Requesting Account Closure

Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Payment Methods
dk85 accepts the following payment methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. All transactions are processed in Myanmar Kyat (Ks).
4.2 Minimum Deposit / Withdrawal Amount
The minimum deposit per transaction is 10,000 Ks. The minimum withdrawal is also 10,000 Ks. dk85 reserves the right to decline any request below these amounts.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. If verification (KYC verification) is required, processing may take longer.
4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions
Withdrawals from accounts with active bonus funds are only permitted once the wagering requirement has been met. Unexpected balances resulting from a technical glitch remain the property of dk85 and cannot be withdrawn.
4.5 Identity Verification
The name of the depositor must match the name on the withdrawal account. If there is a discrepancy, dk85 reserves the right to decline the request and carry out further checks.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
First-time depositors at dk85 can receive a 200% welcome bonus of up to 300,000 Ks. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 60,000 Ks, and the wagering requirement is 40,000 Ks × 10 = 400,000 Ks. If you deposit 320,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 300,000 Ks only, giving you a balance of 620,000 Ks, and the wagering requirement is 300,000 Ks × 10 = 3,000,000 Ks.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 10 times (10x) the bonus amount before a withdrawal is allowed. Until the wagering requirement is met, winnings generated from the bonus will be subject to withdrawal restrictions.
5.3 Bonus Abuse Is Not Allowed
If irregular play (bonus abuse) is used to gain an advantage from a bonus, dk85 may remove the bonus and any related winnings, and may suspend the account.
5.4 Promotion Period
Each promotion may have its own specified period. Any unused bonuses will be forfeited after the promotion period ends. Full terms and conditions for each promotion will be published on the website.

6.1 Game Types

6.2 Technical Issues
dk85's decision is final regarding any issues caused by network disruption, server problems, or software errors. If a connection is lost during a game, the result will be determined based on the server records.
6.3 Fair Play

6.4 Betting Limits
Each game has a minimum and maximum bet amount. Bets that exceed these limits may be voided.
Prohibited Conduct

dk85 has 3 VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. As you play more, you can move up to higher tiers.
8.2 Weekly Cashback Reward
Bronze members can receive up to 0.5% weekly cashback, Silver members up to 1.0%, and Gold members up to 1.5%. Cashback is credited as bonus funds and can be withdrawn once the wagering requirement is met.
8.3 VIP Level Changes
dk85 reserves the right to adjust a player's VIP level based on their playing pattern and activity. VIP reward amounts will be paid out as announced on the relevant website.
